1. Moisture Inspection
Each floor project begins with a thorough inspection for moisture issues, a crucial step in selecting the appropriate product for the job.
2. Concrete Grinding
Our floor preparation begins by meticulously grinding the concrete floor to effectively eliminate any remnants of prior paint, glue, stains, dirt, and oils. This process also serves to unveil the concrete pores, facilitating a strong bond between the coatings and the floor.
3. Repair and Prime
We will meticulously repair any chips, holes, and cracks and then prime the floor. This step guarantees the structural stability of both the floor and the coating. Lastly, we will sand the floor once more, preparing it for the next step.
4. Design and Application
To begin, we first apply a primer coat, followed by a meticulous sanding of the primer. We then apply the chosen pigment to kickstart the design process.
5. Seal and Protect
Once the floor is ready, we will seal it with a protective, traction- additive, UV stable light reflective top coat that will protect your floor from damage, stains and wear and tear.
