I'm Cy Jolley, owner of Apex Custom Coatings. Growing up in Alaska, I was introduced to hard work at an early age. Whether it was commercial fishing during the summers or other hands-on jobs throughout my life, I learned pretty quickly that the details matter and that quality work doesn't happen by accident.

After earning my degree in Finance, I knew I wanted to build something of my own. I enjoyed the business side of things, but I also wanted to work with my hands and create something tangible that people could see and appreciate.

That's what led me to start Apex Custom Coatings.

One thing I've always believed is that anybody can get a job done. What separates a good job from a great one is the effort you're willing to put into it when nobody is watching. Taking an extra few minutes to do things the right way, paying attention to the details, and refusing to cut corners is what creates a result that lasts.

At Apex, we take a lot of pride in our work. From the first phone call to the final walkthrough, our goal is to provide a great experience and install flooring systems we're proud to stand behind. We treat every project as if it were our own because our reputation is built one floor at a time.
